01 / EXAMPLES

Four pieces of equipment.
Configurable live.

Workstation, robot cell, flow rack and tugger train trolley – every example is a real confBuild project built from native T-slot profiles and catalogue connectors. Change dimensions, start the motion, check the result: no login, no download.

01
WORKSTATION SYSTEM

Height-Adjustable ESD Assembly Workstation

The staple of every workstation programme: bench size, working height, Kanban shelf, drawers and monitor arm are parameters. The lift columns raise the worktop from 650 to 1250 mm – top structure, containers and underbench follow.

  • Bench 1200–2400 mm wide, 700–900 mm deep, working height 650–1250 mm
  • Profile programme item profile 8 (grid 40) or Bosch Rexroth grid 45
  • Kanban shelf 0–3 levels, 0–4 drawers, portal and monitor arm optional

02
ROBOT CELL

Cobot Cell with Safety Fence and Sliding Door

Cell size, fence height, bay pitch and infill generate fence bays, posts, leveling feet and corner brackets as catalogue parts. The two-leaf sliding door runs on its rollers and the cobot executes a pick-and-place cycle.

  • Cell 2000–4000 × 1500–3000 mm, fence height 1600–2200 mm
  • Sliding door 800–1400 mm clear width, infill mesh / polycarbonate / sheet
  • Base frame working height 700–1000 mm, cobot reach 700–1300 mm

03
LEAN PRODUCTION

FIFO Flow Rack with Karakuri Lifter

Lean equipment as a configuration instead of a hand sketch: lane count, angle and container size drive the rack, and its height grows automatically. Containers run to the stop and the gravity-driven Karakuri lifter raises its counterweight.

  • Rack 900–2400 × 600–1200 mm, height 1200–2000 mm (grows with the lane count)
  • 2–5 flow lanes, lane angle 3–7°, empty-container return lane optional
  • Containers 600×400 / 400×300 / 300×200, Karakuri lifter optional

INTRALOGISTICS

Tugger Train Trolley with Tilted Shelves

The product behind the shopping cart: trolley size, levels, shelf angle, caster size and container format produce cuts, connectors and accessories in one pass. The trolley rolls, the steering casters swivel in and the drawbar folds for coupling.

  • Trolley 800–1400 × 600–900 mm, frame height 900–1600 mm
  • 2–5 tilted shelf levels, shelf angle 3–10°, casters Ø 100–200 mm
  • Containers 600×400 or 400×300, drawbar and push handle optional

02 / In your own brand

Configure the frame.
Equip sales to act.

The prospect does more than describe a need. They create a concrete assembly that your team can understand technically and qualify immediately.

03 / CAD KERNEL

Choose profiles.
Generate valid assemblies.

Exploded modular aluminium profile frame with connectors, panels, door, feet and accessories
01

Profiles & cuts

Profile series and outer dimensions automatically determine the required cut lengths.

02

Connectors & rules

Corners, brackets and fasteners follow defined connection and collision rules.

03

Panels & accessories

Panels, doors, cable trays and feet remain connected to the frame.

04

BOM-ready structure

The configuration creates a traceable assembly and component structure.

04 / SALES FLOW

A concrete profile assembly instead of clarification loops.

Turn engineering knowledge into a sales flowThe graphic shows how profile knowledge and connection rules become usable quotation data without repeated design loops.
01

Select frame & equipment

Profile series, outer dimensions, panels, doors and accessories are selected in a guided flow.

02

Product rules generate the assembly

Cuts, connectors and dependencies respond as one consistent profile system.

03

Hand over clear project data

Sales and engineering receive an unambiguous variant instead of a free-text enquiry.

HANDED OVER
  • 3D view with dimensions
  • Profile, connector and accessory structure
  • Basis for cuts, BOM and quotation

05 / VALUE

Fewer drawing loops, more qualified projects

01

Reduce complexity

Customers choose dimensions and equipment without knowing every individual part.

02

Prevent errors early

Rules limit combinations and keep dependencies between components consistent.

03

Quote faster

A concrete 3D configuration replaces long clarification loops and vague sketches.

04

Reuse structured data

Profile, cut and component data create a foundation for BOMs and downstream processes.
